Faithful Phoenix Express, LLC was established in June of 2017 after the closing of the Yellow Cab Company of Cleveland. Our staff has over 60 years of collective experience in the transportation industry. Our drivers' have passed the BCI, FBI background checks and are FIRST AID/CPR/AED certified.

Meet the Staff
Tracey Shorts, Founder/Contract Manager
Tracey was the former General Manager of Yellow Cab of Cleveland and now proudly serves as Contracts Manager of Faithful Phoenix Express. She has 30 years of transportation experience.
Nilda Zayas, Co-Founder/Manager of Accounting Administration
and Drivers' Services
Nilda oversees all aspects of accounting. She is knowledgeable in all areas of contract transportation. She held multiple positions within the Yellow Cab company for 10 years.
